As a key part of the fulfillment of one of the objectives of the AGROSMARTglobal Program, we present below a service, available to participating cooperatives / companies in the agri-food sector, of analysis and consulting in international Ecommerce, which allows the development of personalized and individual strategies, in depending on the specific characteristics of each company.
The service is based on the collection of specific company data, the analysis of the market and its competitors and the elaboration of a model of personalized recommendations for each company, both in B2B and B2C strategies.
The objective of the technical consulting and strategic advice service is to document the real possibilities of success in the development of different e-commerce strategies, both national and international, for the analyzed company and to propose a realistic execution strategy adapted to the strategy of concrete internationalisation of each company and its target markets.
SERVICE PHASES:
