Produced with the main red varieties of the region, namely, Vinhão. The hand-picked grapes undergo a gentle pressing. Subsequently, the must is subjected to a flotation process for clarification. After alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, 18º C, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.

A Adega de Ponte de Lima was founded in 1959 in Ponte de Lima – the oldest village in Portugal. With around 2000 producers, it is one of the largest in the Vinho Verde Region, which, with its family and workers, is the most relevant from the economic and social point of view of the Council.
