Wine obtained exclusively from the Vinhão variety. Wine with a clear appearance and deep red color. It has an aroma of red and wild fruits. It has a slight berry flavor, full-bodied, persistent and soft, with less than 1.5 grams of residual sugar per litre. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, it should be consumed young, at a temperature of 10º C. It pairs well with red meats, traditional Minho cuisine and cheeses.

A Adega de Ponte de Lima was founded in 1959 in Ponte de Lima – the oldest village in Portugal. With around 2000 producers, it is one of the largest in the Vinho Verde Region, which, with its family and workers, is the most relevant from the economic and social point of view of the Council.
