A Financier is a traditionnal French bakery since 1890. It was first sold near the Paris Stock exchange hence its rectangular shape looking like an ingot. Baked with only noble ingredients such as pure butter, almond powder and fresh eggs. Cardboard box containing 8 individually wrappped 25g financiers - Corrugated case holds 10 boxes.
