Mini Lunettes de Romans are made according to a traditional French recipe. The strawberry jam is visible through two holes on at either en of the the top biscuits which make them look like spectacles. Hence their name "Lunettes" in French. Baked with noble ingredients such as wheat flour, eggs, cane sugar, butter, colza oil and fruit puree. A cardboard box of 234 grams contains 9 individually wrapped mini lunettes of 26 grams.
